Numix Icon Packs is a small project developed by Numix project team focused to create high quality GTK themes and icons for Linux desktop. Their goal is to make a “difference” in theming and to present you a modern and stylish desktop without damaging its usability while at it, and quite frankly, up until now they seem to have done a pretty great job.
This Numix icon pack contain few icon theme variants: Numix Main, Numix circle, Numix uTouch and Numix Shine. Each variant contains more than 700+ icons, all of them are under development and creators release update on weekly basis with new icons, which means you can suggest icons to creators. All icons variants contains Folders icons, Indicator icons, Symbolic icons, System Settings icons and many more.

How to Install Numix Icon Packs in Ubuntu Desktop and Derivative
To install Numix Icon Packs in Ubuntu Desktop (Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 12.10, Ubuntu 12.04) and derivative (Linux Mint, Elementary OS, ZorinOS), just add the PPA Numix Icon in your system by typing the following commands:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:numix/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install numix-icon-theme numix-icon-theme-circle numix-icon-theme-shine numix-icon-theme-utouch
Install Numix GTK theme:
sudo apt-get install numix-gtk-theme
Install Numix KDE Theme:
sudo apt-get install numix-kde-theme
Install all Numix Wallpaper:
sudo apt-get install numix-wallpaper-*
